Applicant's Roles
- Design and execute experiments to synthesize chemically the initial batches of lipopeptides, as a proof-of-concept for the library generation
- Characterize the physiochemical properties of the lipopeptides in free form or as coating materials
- Support the biological evaluation of the lipopeptides in cell culture experiments
- Explore computational strategies for efficient selection of combination lipopeptides to achieve the intended immunomodulatory effects
