Food Waste Supply Chain Management - A Case of Academic Institution in Hong Kong
Project Description
This study includes the identification of all the processes and sub-processes involved in managing the food waste across its supply chain throughout its whole life cycle, i.e., from generation to final disposal. Additionally, the roles and responsibilities of different stakeholders involved in the food waste supply chain would also be investigated to give a complete picture of food waste management in an academic institution of Hong Kong.
