Quantum information theory and error-correcting codes
Project Description
The purpose of this project is for students to do a self-study project about quantum information theory and the theory of error-correcting codes. The project consists of reading textbooks about quantum information theory and reading papers about error-correcting codes. The students involved are expected to hand in homework assignment, give presentations and conduct literature reviews.
