Schedule for Fall 2024-25 (Sep 2 - Dec 20)

Review student applications and submit recommendation for each applicant on the UROP Project Management System by Sep 6 |
| Result Announcement (on rolling basis) | Receive application result via email sent by UROP Office | (Supervisors will be copied in the email to students.) |
| Enrollment on SIS (by Sep 14) | Enroll in the UROP course on SIS (Course enrollment request will be approved by UROP Office.) | (Supervisors will receive the confirmed student enrollment list after the add/drop deadline.) |

During the Semester
Completion of "Responsible Conduct of Research" training (within one month after the end of the add/drop period) |
Students are expected to devote at least three project hours per week on any given research project.
Submit the completion report of the training to the UROP Office via email within one week after the completion deadline |
Faculty supervisors are advised to discuss with their students on how the projects will be conducted.
