Development of an algorithm to analyse live-cell imaging data
Project Description
Live-cell imaging using labelled DNA or histone is a powerful technique for real-time tracking of mammalian cells in culture. This project aims to develop and test an algorithm that enable un-supervised analysis of live-cell imaging data.
