Project Description
Although mitosis occupies a brief window in the cell cycle, its disruption remains a central strategy in cancer therapy. This study explores novel mitotic regulators and assesses the efficacy of targeted small-molecule inhibitors or CRISPR-Cas9 to advance new anticancer therapeutics.
