Social Media Strategies and Resource Mobilization in Non-government Organizations
Project Description
This project investigates how Non-government Organizations (NGOs) across global cities use social media and how such digital practices relate to their fundraising performance and organizational partnerships. Using a cross-city dataset collected from cities such as San Francisco, Shenzhen, Singapore, and others, the research employs statistical techniques to construct a measurement and explore its relationship with outcomes like online donations and collaboration patterns. The study contributes to understanding digital capacity building and organizational sustainability in the nonprofit sector, particularly in comparative international contexts.
