Super-resolution fluorescence microscopy
Project Description
Super-resolution fluorescence microscopy is a collection of techniques that break the diffraction limit and push the resolution of fluorescence microscopy to several nanometers. This project will combine the latest super-resolution techniques to achieve nanometer resolution to study a tiny cellular organelle called cilia.
