Anti-Glaucoma Eye Mask
Project Description
Glaucoma is the second most common ocular disease that leads to blindness, and it is often regarded as a silent vision thief due to the asymptomatic features. As such damage is irreversible, glaucoma prevention is important as much as its treatments. Unfortunately, there are no preventative measures for people despite being in the glaucoma risk group.
The project’s goal is to fabricate an ocular device that helps slowing down the glaucoma progression. A combination of thermal therapy and stretching will be tested to improve the ocular compliance using goggle.
