Cryptocurrency, Blockchain and their Governance Implications
Project Description
This project studies the governance implications of cryptocurrencies (including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and others) and blockchain, also referred to as distributed ledger technology (DLT). First introduced in 2009, blockchain and cryptocurrency have been proposed as solutions to enhance corporate governance. This project will survey relevant literature, synthesize research and suggest future application of blockchain and cryptocurrency.
