Engieerning synthetic mRNA as molecular sensor for living cells
Project Description
Natrual mRNAs interact with various kinds of biomolecules. Such interactions affect the protein production from the mRNAs. Utilizing these natural interactions, we can build synthetic mRNAs to sense specific biomolecules and to report their levels/activies by protein production.
