Project Description
Agents such as robot, chatbot, voice agent, smart speaker, etc. would sometimes face user
challenges including language abuse, sexual harassment, and avoidance in daily human-agent
interactions. Sometimes, agents would also face its own breakdown or mistakes. This project aims to explore how agents handle the challenges may affect human perception on their emotional intelligence and proposes appropriate designs.
