Medical Image Analysis for Brain Tumors
Project Description
This project will cover the use of image analysis and computing methods on medical images with brain tumors or other pathologies, e.g., MRI or CT. The technical topics will include image segmentation and registration of medical images. Besides brain tumors, if time allows, we will expose other diseases or organ types.
