Mortality Risks and Corporate Outcomes
Project Description
The project explores the effect of local mortality shocks on corporate outcomes. We will be evaluating geographical disparities in longevity shocks and examine their effects on firms headquartered in those regions. It would require processing data on mortality rates across geographical boundaries and relating it to several outcome variables. The project requires excellent skills in managing and analyzing data and testing hypotheses.
