Applicant's Roles
1) Data Collection
- Quantitative: Develop a questionnaire using Qualtrics. Focus on demographics, service usage rates, and satisfaction with various services (e.g., counseling, education, healthcare).
- Qualitative: Conduct interviews or focus groups with beneficiaries and staff. Aim to gather personal stories and insights regarding the impact of services.

2) Data Analysis:
- Employ statistical analysis to interpret survey results.
- Use thematic analysis for qualitative data to extract key themes and insights.
